Happy Founder's Day! Today you all did relatively a great job. Of course, there are always room for improvements.
Scouts, good job for being able to execute the commands properly and being able to endure the long standing. You all have to project your voice. How come we can't hear the National Anthem, Pledge and promise loud and clear?
Wee Meng, good command method. Just have to be louder.
Arul, good pronunciation of the pledge and promise. Its sharp and clear.
Marcus, Jonathan, very good timing for the rising of flag.
Here are some pointers that will help you to improve:
1) Shout firmly, sharp and clear. What we always say? "SHOUT LIKE THUNDER, MOVE LIKE LIGHTNING!"
2) Be brave. Do not be scared by the big crowd. You should be feeling proud that it is your day, and you are SCOUTS
3) Present yourself smartly. Stand upright, stomach in chest out. Have pride in what you do
4) Look up, don't look down
