Wilbur - Proficiency Badges

Some of you have indicated interest in proficiency badges. Good!

Proficiency are tests that you take because you have interest in it / you want to learn something new. However, it is not as easy as you have to be like a "specialise" to know indepth information about the topic that you are doing. Knowing surface information is not enough.

Here is the website for the criteria of the badges. Do note that some of it are not listed. If you are interested in that topic, do drop me a personal email at suenwj@gmail.com and I will do a check of the criteria for you.
